Privacy Policy
How the firm collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
Updated 1 July 2026
Data controller
The data controller is Cabinet Michel ABIB, 19 King David Street, Jerusalem 9410143, Israel. For any question regarding your data, please write to office@abib-michel.com.
Data we collect
The firm collects only the data strictly necessary to operate the website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, telephone number, subject and the content of your message.
- Technical anti-spam data: when the form is submitted, a hash of your IP address and your user agent (browser) are recorded solely to prevent abuse.
The website carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Purposes
- Responding to your enquiries and requests for contact.
- Preventing abusive submissions and spam through the contact form.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by voluntarily sending us a message through the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Hosting and storage
Messages are stored in a Supabase database hosted within the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany). Choosing a European region is intended to minimise international transfers of data.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the firm only. It is never sold, rented or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared solely with technical processors, strictly in order to run the website:
- Supabase — database hosting (EU, Frankfurt).
- Resend — delivery of emails generated by the contact form.
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
These providers act as processors, on our behalf and under our instructions.
Retention
Messages are kept for a reasonable period, for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage the relationship. The firm periodically reviews the messages it receives and deletes those that no longer need to be kept.
Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. No non-essential cookie (for example, analytics) is placed without your prior agreement: a banner lets you accept or refuse optional cookies, and refusing does not prevent you from browsing the website.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות), you have, among others, the following rights:
- the right of access to your data;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- the right to erasure (deletion) of your data.
To exercise these rights, please send a request to office@abib-michel.com. The firm will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The firm implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
