The Michel ABIB practice has been established in Israel for nearly forty years, following eleven years of notarial work in Paris. That path is not a footnote: it explains what we do every day, at the meeting point of two legal systems and two professional traditions.
We practise real estate law, family law, company and non-profit association law, and we act as Israeli and French notaries. This dual notarial competence is uncommon in Jerusalem, and it matters for clients who keep ties with France.
