Buying or selling in Jerusalem often commits the greater part of a family’s assets, within a legal framework the foreign buyer does not always know. We draft and negotiate real estate contracts of every kind, check the rights registered over the property and follow the file through to final registration.

We act on private purchases and sales, off-plan acquisitions from developers, leases, co-ownership situations and transfers between relatives. Title, charges and easements are examined before signature, not after: that is when a problem can still be solved.

Many of our clients buy from abroad and are not in Israel at every stage. The file is organised accordingly — notarised power of attorney, payment schedule, documents gathered in advance — and you are kept informed as it progresses.
