Israeli and French notarial services
Authentication of signatures, powers of attorney, notarial wills, certification of translations, and documents intended for France.
The office has two notaries: Michel Abib, appointed in 1988 by the notarial affairs commission of the Ministry of Justice after eleven years of notarial practice in Paris, and Ynon Abib, a notary since 2025.
We authenticate signatures, draw up and receive powers of attorney — including the irrevocable powers used in property sales — prepare notarial wills, certify the accuracy of translations and attest documents intended for use abroad.
What distinguishes the office is that we also know French notarial practice. A document drawn up in Israel for use in France requires specific formalities — apostille, translation, the form the receiving authority expects. We tell you which ones before we start, rather than after a refusal.
